David Lai , a modern day mentalist or a Mind Magician, is one of the most sought after unique entertainers in our local shores . Having entertained some of the most prominent names in the country , David strives for improvement and continually raises his own standards.
As a young boy , David was introduced to the world of magic by the legendary Japanese illusionist `Princess Tenko'. Princess Tenko paid a 1 stop visit to Malaysia and after being mesmerized by her performance , David was hooked on the art and never looked back .

The setting for this type of performance will be of a parlor , buffet dinner or a cocktail party environment. David will walk around performing intimate mentalism where he will read your thoughts , bend metal by only using the power of his mind , read your body language and persuade you subconsciously to do things you never thought were possible . This type of performance will be done on a stage setting. David will perform Mentalism on stage and this will involve a lot of audience participation and not stagnated to ONLY the performer performing( like normal conventional magic shows) . David will demonstrate effects not thought possible by audience members, by utilizing body language , psychological subtleties , and hypnotic persuasion to divine their thoughts.
