I believe at my age , money is `almost’ everything . Those who say it isn’t are living in a world of denial . If you had’t notice I said ` I believe ‘ , you don’t have to agree .

The old saying goes , ` Love is all you need ‘ . I say it’s bullshit . Without money , do you realise how many arguments takes place in a relatiosnhip due to the lack of monetery funds ? A LOT ! I also resent the statement of ` GOD IS ALL YOU NEED ‘ . I’ve been to the Phillipines a couple of times . In the Phillipines , 95 % of the population are Roman Catholics ….unfortunately , the poverty & crime rate there is one of the highest in the world …What happened ? Same goes for Brazil . They all pray , I have no doubt on that , yet …… I never said I din’t believe there was a GOD . Don’t quote me .

 Earning money does have it’s price . Yes , what a way to put it . Earning money has it’s `price’ .

I haven’t been updating this poor old blog for quite some time now . Not because I’m lazy . I promise I’m not and I don’t plan to be . It’s not because I don ‘t have anything exiting to write on .. because I do ! Lots and lots of things to write and rant about ! It’s just that I’m so busy finding new ways to earn money . Hopefully , lots and lots of it . I guess it all depends on how much you want it .

One of the bigger breaks that I had was being featured in Reader’s Digest quite a while back ago . Somehow , magazines always eluded me due to my `good looks ‘ ( please read between the lines )  . I never really `promoted’ myself or went all out to seek coverage , thinking about it , I was never a good publicist ( I hope I spelled that correctly ! ) . Without some really good friends of mine , I would not have even seen the tiniest bit of mainstream media coverage . I’ve got to learn .

In this modern world , a consistent monthly pay check is never enough . I believe , in living the life  that you want , you need MONEY . Money is interwined with many aspects in life , and one of them is Happiness . Money is important , very important . Those who neglect or ignore this fact will definitely be left out .

I have loads of dreams besides magic and mentalism . One of my interest was always property . Allthough not very good at it , I have great friends who are . One of them is Daniel Tan   , he’s a celebrity in the entertainment industry but I never knew that his knowledge on property is very vast .  He always went on property hunting trips, so I dcided to tag along with him today .

4 of us , being Adrian , Simon and Daniel went out to look see,  look see at developements around Subang and KL . We went to condos , studio apartments , and even the NAZA showroom to get some motivation to earn more money in the future …. or so we say . Who drives a Ferari at 22 ? I can’t think of any friends who do !

Daniel thought me a lot about loans , procedures in getting property and how to evaluate the value and ROI of an investment . I felt that I have gained alot from my outing today . You don’t learn about these type of shit in university . If you’re reading this , thanks man . At 25 , it’s really amazing to know that Daniel has accumulated quite a few properties on his own !

Money is important , thats a pivotal fact . Knowledge about money and positive action is how I’m going to get more money to come my way . We’ll see how it goes  , wish me luck ! =)

I’m not sure how long exactly will this make her smile , but it’s is something caveman simple for a an exquisite girl .

I never knew stones were that heavy . This will be the 1st and last time you see me meddling with stones . …I’ll use something lighter the next time …styrofoam …painted like stones ?

It all started off with an idea I always wanted to do …. and then a few stones … more than 60 of them .

No new post for now . Blame the bad internet connection where I’m at .

This will be a lousy little post . I don ‘t have a scanner with me , so I took the darn picture with my Casio digital camera . Owh , have been posting lots of bad pictures these days on the blog , a photographer’s nightmare . The place where I’m at now , has superrrrr bad internet connection , so I can’t upload the voice recordings and videos from my FLY FM show , My KLUE magazine interview or my recent KLANG show . CRAP ! Bloody Crap !

I had one of the craziest weekends ever . Business , shows and lots of work to be done . Over the weekend , I was also invited to a couple of parties which I unfortunately left out . It’s not that I do not like parties , but I feel that `cari makan ‘ is more important these days . I was with Choon Hoong , Daniel and Simon recently and we had this conversation over a few bowls of Vietnam noodles . Why do we go to parties ? For the most part , to socialize and meet new interesting characters …. or to say rather boldly , most guys go to parties to meet individuals from the opposite sex .

`Chase girls and you lose money , chase money and you never lose girls ‘

On Thursday , I was on air from 4pm to 6pm on FLY FM , 95.8 Klang Valley . It was televised live on the podcast at www.flyfm.com 4pm onwards . It was my 2nd time doing radio magic on air , and boy was it tiring . I had to find effects to work on for 2 whole hours . The whole show turned out really good though and they’re thinking of bringing me on the FLY FM Bing Bang Breakfast Show next . Here are a couple of the pictures at the studio . It was a great experience to be LIVE on air . The DJs had to be alert and screen off anything that is unexpected and it was an eye opener seeing how they do what they do ( not mentioning that they are really good at it too ! )

On Friday , I went for a business engagement in Johor Bahru ( which was very fruitful ) and on Saturday , I met up with Phat Phabez and Prem again to do a show in KLANG . By this time , my eyes could hardly open due to the lack of sleep . I reached home from JB at 4am in the morning !

On Sunday , I got up, settled my appointments schedules , attended church ( Yes Daniel , as hard to believe as it may seem , I do go to church ) . At night I attended a dinner function cum psychological show ( done by me ) with Tamarind Spring’s owner , Mabel Loo and Ning Baizura . Both came with their husbands and we had a fantastic evening together . We all had dinner , and entertained ourselves with cards , coins and broken forks ….

Over the past two years , I have been changing my lifestyle in a significant way . Those of you who know me would understand . I am a person who doesn’t really like partying , but parties ( comparatively ) a lot . I never liked alcohol with the exception of Baileys ( under the influence of that someone ) …yet for the past year and a half, I consumed more alcohol than my past 20 years on mother earth . Is it a bad thing ? Well , it depends how you look at it . I can control my urges ( some of them ) and hopefully will be still able to control them in the future …but this post isn’t about partying and booze now..isn’t it ?

The last couple of days , a friend of mine , a childhood friend of mine broke up with his first girlfriend . His first ever girlfriend . This guy doesn’t talk much and is such a nice humble guy at heart . His ex dumped him for reasons still unknown to the modern civilized world . He keeps on saying ` It’s just like she doesn’t remember what I’ve done for her ? ‘ . The girl ? Well , to me she isn’t the hottest thing on the market neither is she close to the word HOT in my dictionary , but she treats him like utter dirt after landing the anvil on his head . What IS GOING ON ?

Ever since I involved myself in the entertainment industry and mixed around , I’ve seen so many type of shit it’s hard to believe . I’ve seen Innocent `looking ‘ Miss Malaysia World contestants sell their `service’ ( if you know what kind of service am I talking about ) for a 4 digit figure , girls who have boyfriends just cheat on them without conscience with other richer guys , girls who go on ` holidays ‘ with older men twice their age …yeah holidays , and girls who are just pure gold diggers . That is just scratching the surface of what I’ve experienced beforehand .

I finally came to the conclusion that good girls are hard to come by these days . Good in my definition is someone who can be trusted , depended on , I am attracted to and can sincerely care for me . Hidden would be a suitable word used describing finding them . Either that , or their already taken ( and won’t cheat on their current partner ) .

I see friends meeting really hot beautiful girls but in the end get disappointed with what they discover over time . I see friends go after gorgeous girls only to be used and get depressed over the whole drama . What a modern world we live in . Is there really something deemed as LOVE ? Because I believe , and I really do believe in this …. When it all boils down , after all the flirting , chasing and glamorous fun … a guy just wants to spend his life with ONE girl who he really loves .

Now don’t get me wrong , I’m not saying that they are NO good girls these days . I said hard to find , not extinct . I know of a few really great girls worth any guy’s time . They’re trustworthy , dependable , attractive and knows how to take care of their guy . I’m with one right now .

Although  it’s really hard for me to adapt to the new conditions that me and my girl are in , it’s worth the time and effort . I know it’s not going to be easy …easy is paying the next slutty girl you see at Jalan Alor , for an hour of her time . Commitment is taking bus rides and drives back and forth from Perak to KL and Singapore constantly to see somebody . Paying the heaping phone bills , and calming yourself down when someone’s un-contactable .

Good girls are hard to find , when you find one , you gotta hold on to them the best you can  .

It’s a hard journey , but I’m learning a lot from it .
