MY gym freak routine & stewardess girlfriend

I’m going to have to admit , I was a gym freak when I first started gyming . I lost many friends because of this . I only ate protein , shy ed away from carbohydrates , and was even scared of fruits due to it’s natural sugar content . I kept a meticulous count on my caloric intake , took supplements like I lived on it ( fat burners , protein shake , meal replacement , creatine and glutamine ) and drank water like I needed it as much oxygen . I was a freak . Even my mom sometimes caught a headache thinking of what to cook for me for dinner . Eating out was not an option for me . I used to bring low fat UHT milk in my car in case I got hungry .
My daily vitamins 4 years ago …Oops , I meant `half ‘ of it’s content , there was 2 packets , 12 pills.

My gym routine consisted of super heavy sets with spotters ( I used to squat about 150kgs ) , 5 times a week . If I din ‘t go to the gym , I would be in a freaking sulky mood . If I did go , I would be limping the following day due to torn muscle tissues . My cardio workout consisted of sprinting 3 times a week , and sometimes waking up at 6.30am to run around the park for 20 minutes ( keep in mind that I stated running , not jogging or walking )
The effort of course din’t go wasted . I built a very good body . A body that I was proud off , all in less than a year . Of course it wasn’t comparable to professional athletes or bodybuilders , but for the very 1st time in my life I was actually proud of my body ! I had six packs ( for the noobs , meaning 6 defined abdominal muscles ), which most guys would die for , and a good frame that boosted my confidence .

After a few months , having constipation because I did not take fruits or any type of fiber whatsoever in my diet …I only consumed protein
Why did I do it ?
Well , it was partly because of a girl but apart from that , I’ll always remember an incident that scarred my life . I was at a school concert event and they asked 3 guys to come up and volunteer for a game . The blardee stupid MC then announced , ` We will now ask the fattest of the 3 to participate 1st ‘ . The 2 other guys beside me were as skinny as twigs from the half dead rambutan tree in front of my friend , Julie’s house . Obviously the `fattest’ would be ME . After that I vowed a vengeance that I shall never be called fat again .
How did I do it ?
Every time I drank the horrible tasting protein shake that tasted like `longkang water ‘, I just remembered the feeling on stage , and gulped the whole blardee thing down my throat . Every time I couldn’t complete that very last rep , I remembered the mtfck that pissed me off .That mtfckis still on bad terms with me till this very day .
After almost a year plus on the routine , I slacked . I soften up and gave myself leverage to cheat on my own regimen . My body slouched back and although it never deteriorated THAT bad , I could never find back that previous FIRE that I had to work as hard as I should .

Why did I write this post ?
It’s because for the next 6 weeks , I’m going on a full assault on my body . I’m going to train harder than I ever did , with a strict but healthy diet .I’ll keep you posted on my results here , but I promise you , it’s gonna to be a hell of a workout ! There are specific reasons on why I want to do this , but I’ll get back to that later on . I’ve got to hit the gym in a while , and have to prepare my pre-workout drink .
Before I log off , I just want to tell you what Singapore Airlines ( SIA ) did to my girlfriend ….

Hey, I pretty sure your gf is still fine, just that SIA can be a hell of a work, but I got whole lot of frenz inside, seniors, so when she graduate, i tell them to take good care of her if in the same flight ya..
