Telephone call to Singapore
Calling to a prepaid phone is Singapore causes both parties to be charged . Me and her .
Since SIA gave her a hotel room and a call to a fixed line is cheaper , I used the IDD card to call her hotel room .
1800 7645 4545 ( the number on the IDD card)
Operator : `PLEASE ENTER YOUR DESIRED NUMBER ‘
It took me almost 20 minutes to get through to Singapore . I tried so many combinations that my mind went haywire and got so pissed off . By the time I got her on the other line , my mood to talk already vanished …just like magic .
Baah , why din ‘t anyone tell me that you’d have to dial 02 now , if you want to connect to a Singapore number ???
